Italian Bistro Bellini will host an open-air piano recital, as part of their ongoing Open-Air Concert Season.

The recital will feature three pianists—Hui-Chan Song (Korea), Rong Sereyvann (Cambodia), and Philippe Javelle (France)—performing music by Schubert, Chopin, Debussy, Mozart, as well as Jazz and Free Improvisation. What makes this evening even more exciting is the challenge these artists have embraced: no sheet music allowed.This Piano Trilogy concept invites a sense of spontaneity, as the pianists perform entirely from memory or need to improvise.

Set within Bellini’s outdoor space, the recital will pair music with a jazz-club-style dining experience. Seats are available only for dining guests, and reservations require a $20 deposit.

The event is made possible through partnerships with ItaCham - Italian Business Chamber Cambodia, Italian Cambodian Arts, Soundskool Music, The Piano Shop Cambodia, Buonissimo, Il Nodo Onlus, and Bellini Bistro.
