Join us for the 9th Italian Night at Meta House Phnom Penh, featuring a free screening of the film "Stranizza d'Amuri" (2023).
About the Film: Stranizza d’amuri, directed by Giuseppe Fiorello, was released in Italian cinemas on 23 March 2023 and screened at the 57th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The film dramatizes the Giarre murder and was produced by Ibla Film. It was shot in the province of Syracuse, between Ferla, Marzamemi, and Pachino. The title refers to a Franco Battiato song from his 1979 album L'era del cinghiale bianco.
